These terms apply to NC Detective Agency operational SMS notifications sent through the Management Hub.
NC Detective Agency may send employment-related operational text messages to employees and supervisors who opt in. Messages may include schedule updates, overtime opportunities, PTO updates, compliance reminders, account notifications, emergency staffing alerts, time clock issues, command notices, and account verification messages.
Message frequency varies based on employment activity, schedule changes, staffing needs, portal activity, and operational requirements.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by the recipient's mobile carrier and plan.
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to a message. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message and no further SMS notifications unless you opt back in.
Reply HELP for assistance. Employees may also contact their supervisor, HR, or portal administration for help.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment. Employees can manage SMS preferences in their portal account settings where available.
